Transition Services are a federal mandate for all special education students. In order for special education teachers and staff to provide high level instruction and put together effective transition plans that allow for students to leave Saline High School with the self-determination skills needed for their highest level of independence, we need resources for both teachers and students. A library for both students and teachers would strengthen transition plans which will also align with our district goals for all students through the compass.
